BCC Ministry Enlarging Its Borders
BCC opens offices in Lynwood & Fox Lake
THURSDAY OCTOBER 15, 2009

Good things are happening at BCC these days. New counseling resources have been developed such as our Foundations of Biblical Counseling on DVD. New training opportunities have opened up in Romania. Our newest location in Fox Lake started this Fall. Good things are happening because God is good.

BCC has been always sought to communicate the gospel through our counseling. And since we believe we’re faithfully restoring people to Christ (2 Cor 5:17-21) and to one another (Gal 6:2) we trust that God is continuing to bless us as we go forward. Although changes in this ministry are a welcome blessing they don’t come without challenges.  Downsizing one office to open up offices in two more locations, counseling long hours, and miles and miles of travel to and from the multiple office locations and to oversees teaching opportunities, just to mention a few.

But with the challenges we are rejoicing and giving thanks to God for expanding this ministry. We are encouraged by volunteers and by those who pray for us and give to keep this ministry viable.  We are confident God is working because we see His hand everywhere!  We are blessed as we continue to make new friends both in Lynwood and Fox Lake areas.

Our desire is to be out there taking care of the souls of men, women and children, and are determined to not let obstacles get in the way of effective ministry.  Struggles in life are necessary to produce change and growth, so we’re grateful for opportunities to clean out, restructure, reevaluate, and to be sure we are doing the best job possible doing what we like to do most – face-to-face ministry with you!             – Jeff Temple

Jabez called upon the God of Israel, saying, “Oh that you would bless me and enlarge my border, and that your hand might be with me...” And God granted what he asked. 1 Chron 4:10.
